    Dr. Kyle Tetz   specializes in chiropractic care and injury rehabilitation.  He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic West located in San Jose, CA with Cum Laude honors.  Dr Tetz has been practicing chiropractic in Vista, CA since 2004.  His passion has always been with sports, and his past injuries and his early experience with chiropractic care has lead him into becoming a chiropractor.   He is currently a member of the American Chiropractic Association (ACA) and California Chiropractic Association (CCA).

    Dr. Alison graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer West College of Chiropractic. Dr. Alison has been involved in sports her whole life. She was a competitive gymnast for nine years and collegiate Division 1 pole vaulter at CSUF. During college she always knew she wanted to be in the health profession, but it wasn’t until she sustained a low back injury until she knew Chiropractic was her passion. Chiropractic got her back on the track just in time for competition season. After that she knew that she wanted to help people the way her chiropractor helped her.

    John graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine, San Marcos. Along with his doctorate, he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, which is one of the highest post-bachelor’s degree, exercise-physiology certifications in the country. One of John’s many passions in this world is golf. He loves everything about the sport, which led him to specialize in golf performance and rehabilitation as a career. John is certified by the Titleist Performance Institute, ensuring that you are getting the highest quality training and instruction and with each session. John also received his bachelor’s degree in Spanish, which allows him to help and communicate with a vast number of people in our community. From low back pain to post-op total knee replacement rehab, John can help you get back to happy and healthy living.

  • Michael Shannon, PT

    Michael Shannon has been a licensed Physical Therapist since 2002. He specializes in Manual Therapy. Michael is highly skilled in Joint Mobilizations including the spine. He has extensive experience with soft tissue work using many techniques including massage and ASTYM/Graston. Michael has been a fan of function movement for recovering from injuries and has developed a step by step exercise plan for each body part. He has been a competitive wrestler and triathlete. Michael’s passions are his two kids, surfing and golf. (In that order) Upon writing this Michael is a 9.2 index/HC for golf and that is most likely his peak. He has been lucky enough to get a hole in one 4 times!

    Dr. Hartwig is a licensed acupuncturist who received his doctorate from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM). In addition to being fully trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dr. Hartwig has also studied with many Japanese masters to develop expertise in Japanese Meridian Therapy, a more classically based approach to East Asian Medicine. Dr. Hartwig has experience treating many conditions and is also active within the community providing acupuncture support on-site to a local gymnastics gym.

    Prior to changing careers, Dr. Hartwig spent many years as a Bioinformatics Programmer in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry. He also holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Cal State Long Beach and San Jose State University. He continues to teach at PCOM, and is the past President and founder of the Pacific Rim Meridian Therapy Society.

He holds a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). He earned the Masters of Science degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York. He had clinical experience from Columbia University, Mount Sinai-Beth Israel Cancer Center & Broadway accident injury center. He was born in South Korea into a family of Korean medicine herbalist. He spent the earlier part of his childhood growing up on his father’s clinic & the oriental medicine environment. He looks forward to providing patients with a wonderful & holistic oriental treatment.

With over 1000 of hands-on class hours, she has learned a combination of massage modalities like Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Structural Analysis & Organization, Cranio Sacral, Thai, Lomi-Lomi, Ayurveda, Prenatal, Oncology Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Technique. She is constantly aiming to learn more, to offer more value to her clients. In addition, she is also an Licensed Esthetician since 2010, with experience in working with Organic Skin Care lines. She is heading back to school to obtain an Registered Nursing degree.
